In order to confirm your reservation, we ask you to please pay a deposit equal to 30% of the total cost of your booking within $expirydate&
We will send you a request for the balance due on your booking about 45 days before the date of arrival.
Please keep the booking form and this confirmation.

TERMINATION AND CANCELLATION:

If a Guest cancels the contract before the date of departure, they will be charged a penalty as follows:

“TOTAL RELAX” FLEXIBLE RATE
– 30% of the total price of the booking if cancelled with more than 30 days’ notice before the date of check-in;
– 50% of the total price of the booking if cancelled between 29 and 15 days before the date of check-in;
– 75% of the total price of the booking if cancelled with 7-14 days’ notice before the date of check-in;
– 90% of the total price of the booking if cancelled with 3-6 days’ notice before the check-in date;
– 100% of the total price of the booking if cancelled 2 days or less, before the check-in date.

*Please note that if a booking is cancelled, we will deduct € 2.00 for administration costs
