SPACE
Acceptance is from 7:00 until 22:30
Minimum stay
• low and middle season: 3 nights
• high season: 7 nights
The space is chosen directly by guests according to the indications of the reception office personnel. Please arrange the equipment in the marked spaces, ensuring that:
• it does not interfere with the traffic;
• it does not disturb neighbours;
• the vehicle is parked in the same space, next to the installed unit.
N.B.: Spaces cannot be occupied by the equipment of more than 6 persons.
N.B.: Minors can access the camping village only if they are staying with their parents.
1) making use of a space gives the right to an electricity outlet (220 volts 8 ampere). When connecting to the water outlet, only white waters must be discharge into the pit of the spaces.
Appliances such as stoves, water heaters, microwave ovens, etc. are not allowed.
2) the space must be kept clean and tidy. The space must be vacated by 12 noon and the persons must leave the camping village before 12 noon; otherwise the whole day will be charged.
3) the following is not allowed:
• pitching and taking down tents during the rest hours (13:00-15:00 - 23:00-07:00);
• digging holes and furrows around the tents;
• tying hammocks to the trees;
• tightening ropes or similar in such as way as to create a danger to persons;
• reserving spaces outside the reserved area.
• washing dishes in the space; dishes must only be washed in the washing facilities;
MOTOR VEHICLES
For the quiet and safety of everyone, cars should be used as little as possible. Please drive very slowly, and in any case never more than 10 kph.
Cars can only enter by means of the magnetic pass received at the time of acceptance.
• The use of bicycles, roller-skates, skateboards and roller-blades is not allows after dusk and during the hours of silence.
QUIET AND SILENCE TIMES
Behaviour, activities, games and the use of equipment that can disturb village guests must be avoided at any time. In particular silence must be observed from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. and from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m..
The circulation, entry and exit of motor vehicles is not allowed during the silence hours.
CHILDREN
Adults are responsible for the behaviour of their children, and must ensure their respect for the peace, safety and health of other guests.
Children must always be accompanied by an adult to the washing facilities, games and beach. The use of bicycles, skateboards and roller-blades must not create a hindrance, disturbance or hazard.
GRILL
The grill may be used, provided its use does not create a hazard or disturbance.
THEFT AND DAMAGE
It is advisable to pay attention to your personal belongings and take the necessary precautions. Money and valuables must not be left unattended inside the accommodation units or in the cars. The camping village declines any liability for lost or stolen items or valuables, or for damage to persons and property not due to the direct negligence of camping village personnel. The Europa Camping Village offers the opportunity of renting safes at the cash office.
Management declines any liability for losses, theft, damage caused by unforeseen events, disasters, riots, damage caused by other guests, insects, epidemics, diseases, including plants.
USE OF WASHING FACILITIES
The washing facilities are cleaned three times a day, however, the collaboration of guests is indispensable for keeping them in order. Chemical and dry WC'trace.warns, required to be kept under the caravans, must be emptied in the special drains located near the facilities. NEVER use formaldehyde.
ANIMALS
Guest who own animals must occupy a space inside the area reserved for guests with animals. Owners of dogs must take them outside the village for their physiological needs, making sure they do not dirty inside the village.
On arriving at the camping village, guests must declare the presence of pets, which must be in order with the health regulations as proven by attached documentation. For obvious safety reasons, animal cleaning and showers can only be carried out at the special facility arranged near the Camper Service.
The law forbids the presence of animals on the beach. Dogs must be kept on a leash day and night. Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their animals.
BUNGALOWS - CARAVANS - MAXI CARAVANS
Minimum stay 7 nights. Pets not allowed. The accommodation units are rented for entire weeks only, with arrivals and departures on Saturday or Sunday; the number of persons, adults and children they can accommodate depends on the number of beds.
The accommodation units are equipped with pots, dishes, blankets and pillows.
The Bungalows and Maxi Caravans are equipped with bed linen.
For Caravans and Willerby Maxi-Caravans, linen can be hired, pets are not allowed, the use of own stoves or cookers is not allowed.
The Bungalows and Maxi-Caravans are equipped with air conditioning/heating, whereas the Caravans only have heating.
The accommodation units must be left perfectly clean at the time of departure; otherwise an amount of Euro 37 will be charged for cleaning.
Between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m. on the foreseen day of departure an inspection of accommodation units will be made to check their cleaning.
The accommodation units will only be available after 5 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
The reservation spaces will only be available after 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 12 noon on the day of departure. The amount for the entire booked period must be paid even in the event of late arrival or early departure.
If the accommodation unit (Bungalow-Caravan-Maxi-Caravan and Space) is not occupied by 3 p.m. on the day after that of foreseen arrival, the Europa Camping Village reserves the right to re-rent it; guests must in any case notify the Europa Camping Village in case of possible delays regarding the day of arrival, preferably with written communication.
The equipment and accessories are listed in the inventory displayed in the accommodation unit.
Guests are responsible for any damage to the accommodation unit and its furnishings, caused by carelessness.
Guests cancelling their reservations are entitled to 90% of the deposit paid, whenever cancellation is notified (by letter, fax or e-mail) to the Europa Camping Village at least 30 days before the date of arrival. The 10% will be withheld as a penalty.
No refund will be due to persons cancelling in the 29 days prior to the start of the stay or if they fail to arrive.
DAY VISITORS
Day visitors or day guests of camping village Guests can enter only upon payment and at Management'trace.warns discretion. Authorised visitors can enter the camping village during the day, starting from 8 a.m. and stay until and not later than 8 p.m..
Camping village Guests are responsible for their guests and the latter'trace.warns behaviour inside the village.
MEDICAL ASSISTANCE
The doctor is present at the camping village on a daily basis, and receives at the times displayed at the consulting room.
The doctor'trace.warns services are provided in a private form and therefore are by payment.
Infectious diseases or suspected infectious diseases must be immediately reported to the doctor and camping village Management. The nearest pharmacies are situated in Cavallino, Ca'Ballarin, Ca'Savio.
CASH OFFICE, PAYMENT OF DEPOSITS, SAFES
The cash office is open from 8 a.m. to 12 noon and from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
All Camping Passes must be returned at the time of payment of the stay.
Deposits may be made and safes rented during cash office opening hours.
To avoid possible waiting times on the day of departure, guests are advised to pay the bill on the day before.
Payments can be made in cash, by cheque and credit card (VISA-MASTERCARD PAGOBANCOMAT).
Important notes: payment by credit card can be made until Friday morning.
COLLECTING DOCUMENTS
Documents are collected at the time of departure, on producing the receipt and returning all "Europa Camping Village" passes.
Management reserves the right to send away anyone who, in its opinion, breaches the rules or disturbs the harmony and spirit of the hospitality facility, or who disturb the harmony of the community life. Guests who have been expelled or reprimanded cannot re-enter the camping village without a new and specific authorisation from Management.
