WELCOME TO EUROPA CAMPING VILLAGE
These regulations distributed to guests on arrival. Entrance into the campsite
involves its full acceptance.
On arrival all guests are kindly asked to present a document of identity so
that legal formalities can be completed.
PITCHES The reception is open from 7 am until 10.30 pm
Minimum stay of:
• low and middle season: 3 nights
• high season: 7 nights
You can freely choose your own pitch, following indications
given by reception personnel. Please keep all equipment
within the given spaces, bearing in mind:
• Not to obstruct traffic in any way;
• Not to inconvenience neighbours;
• To always park the car on the same pitch next to
the installed tent/caravan.
N.B.: No pitch can be occupied by more than one group;
maximum 6 person booking.
N.B.: Young people under 18 years age must stay
at the camp with parents
1) The use of a pitch entitles you to one electricity socket
(220 V – 8 amp.)
If you connect to the water intake, you are asked to use
the draining in each pitch’s drain well, only for whitewater.
You have to use the camper-service near the supermarket
to drain the black-water.
Equipment such as stoves, water heaters, microwave ovens
etc. are not allowed.
2) The pitch must be kept clean and tidy.
3)You are not allowed:
• to put up or take down tents during rest hours (1 pm–3
pm/11 pm–7 am);
• to dig holes or furrows around the tents;
• attach hammocks to trees;
• to tighten ropes or similar in such a way as to create a
danger for other people;
• to reserve a pitch outside the reservation area;
• pottery must be washed only in the service block and
not in the pitches.
CARS
For the quiet and safety of everyone, cars must be used as
little as possible. When a vehicle has to be used, please
drive slowly, never exceeding 10 km/h. Cars can enter into
the campsite only with the magnetic–pass that you have
received at the moment of check-in. The use of bicycles,
roller–skates and skateboards are not allowed after dusk
and during rest hours.
QUIET AND SILENCE
At all times you must avoid noisy behaviour, activities,
games and use of equipement which might disturb other
guests. In particular silence must be observed from 1
p.m. to 3 p.m. and from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. During the
rest time you are not allowed to use motor vehicles, nor
can they enter or leave the campsite.
CHILDREN
Adults are responsible for the behaviour of their own children
whose vivacity, upbringing and needs cannot disturb
the quiet, safety and hygiene of other guests. Children
must always be accompanied to the bathroom, to the playground
and to the beach by an adult. At all times bicycle
riding must not disturb or be dangerous to other guests.
BARBEQUE
The use of a barbecue is only allowed if it does not endanger
or inconvenience other people.
THEFT AND DAMAGE
Please look after all personal property and take all necessary
precautions. Money and valuables must never be left
unattended in the accomodation or in the car. In our Cash
Office you can rent safety–deposit boxes. The campsite
takes no responsibility for any lost or stolen objects or valuables
not deposited for safe–keeping, and for any damage
to persons or things not caused by direct negligence on the
part of campsite personnel. The Management takes no
responsibility for losses, thefts, damage caused by force
of nature and unrest, damage caused by
other guests, by insects, by epidemics, by illnesses including
those caused by plants.
USE OF TOILET AND WASHING FACILITIES
Europa Camping Village is very strict about cleanliness in
the toilets and washing facilities, as it is about cleanliness
in the whole campsite. Your collaboration is indispensable in
order to maintain our standards. Sinks, washbasins and
foot–baths must be used in the proper way. Sewage from
chemical WCs and from the pails under the caravan must
be discharged in special flushes near the sanitary services.
ANIMALS
The presence of pets must be reported on arrival at the
campsite. All pets must comply with health regulations and
submit the necessary supporting documents. Guests in
tents and in caravans with dogs must occupy a pitch
inside the special area of the campsite (see map).
Dogs must be always kept on a leash, and for their
physiological needs must be taken outside of the campsite.
The owners are responsible to keep the campsite clean.
There are free doggy bags at disposal. For obvious reasons
of hygiene animals may only be washed in the special area
assigned for this purpose located near the supermarket,
adjacent to Camper Service.
By law no animals are allowed on the beach.
Owners are liable for any possible damage caused by
their animals.
BUNGALOWS - CARAVANS - MAXI CARAVANS
Accommodations are only rented out for whole weeks, from
Saturday or Sunday to Saturday or Sunday, and can be
occupied by as many people, adults and children, as there
are beds. The daily rate consists of the price of the accommodation
(which includes one car parking, water, electricity and
gas). At the price of the accommodation you have to add
the daily price for each person. All accommodation is
equipped with saucepans, crockery and blankets. Bed linen
is only included for bungalows and chalets,but it can be rented
for caravans and maxi caravans.
Air conditioning and heating is available in Bungalows
Chalets and Maxi-Caravan-Willerby. In the caravan Adria
there is only heating.
Accommodation is only available from 5 pm on the
day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 am on the
day of departure. Booked pitches are available from 3
pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12 noon
on the day of departure. The charge for the whole period
booked must be paid even in the event of late arrival or
early departure.
If the accomodation or the pitch are not occupied by 3 pm
on the day following the expected date of arrival, then
Europa Camping Village reserves the right to rent it again.
All equipment and accessories are listed in an inventory
displayed inside the accommodation.
You will be charged for any damage caused by negligence
to the accommodations and its furnishings. Departures
must be completed by 10 am on the agreed day.
The accommodations must be left perfectly clean, otherwise
the cost of cleaning (40,00Euro) will be charged to the
guest. From 7 am to 10 am on the departure day the campsite
personnel will control cleanliness. Pets and use of one’s
own stove or burners are not allowed.
If you wish to cancel a booking, you will be entitled to a
90% reimbursement of the deposit, provided that cancellation
(by letter, fax or e-mail) reaches Europa Camping
Village at least 30 days before the date of arrival; 10%
shall be retained as a penalty.
No reimbursement shall be paid to cancellations of a booking
during the 29 days before the beginning of a stay or
in the event of failure to arrive.
DAY VISITORS
Day visitors or campers’ day guests are only allowed into the
campsite at a charge and at the discretion of the
Management.
Authorized visitors can enter the campsite during the
agreed daytime hours from 8 am to 8 pm at the latest.
The campsite user is responsible for his own guests and
their behaviour within the campsite.
MEDICAL ASSISTANCE
The doctor, who is present daily at the campsite, visits
patients during agreed hours that are displayed at the surgery.
The campsite doctor operates a private service which
means visits must be paid for directly.
Infectious diseases, either confirmed or suspected, must be
immediately reported to the doctor and to the Campsite
Management. There are chemists in Cavallino, Ca’Ballarin
and Ca’Savio.
CASH OFFICE, PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS
The Cash Office is open from 8 am to 12 pm and from
4 pm to 7 pm: on payment for your stay, the Camping
Passes must be returned.
During office hours it is possible to exchange currency and
make deposits in safety boxes.
In order to avoid possible delays on the day of departure,
guests are advised to settle their account the day before.
Payments may be made in cash, with travellers checks,
with credit cards (MASTERCARD and VISA).
Important remarks: The payments with MAESTRO
CREDIT CARD are accepted until Friday morning.
RETURN OF DOCUMENTS
Documents are returned at the time of departure on presentation
of the fiscal receipt and on the return of all the
Camping Passes.
The Management reserves the right to expel all
those who, in its opinion, upset the pleasant running
of community life by not respecting these regulations
or by disturbing the peace and spirit of the
campsite. Guests who have already been expelled or
warned cannot re-enter the campsite unless specifically
permitted to do so by the Management.
